The space
I would like to offer some of my wife's properties to you guys who are looking for inexpensive and convenient place to stay along Sukhumvit Road. Sukhumvit road is a very long street starting from the heart of Bangkok and going on out of the city to the West of Thailand. Although my place locates at Sukhumvit 107 (Soi Bearing 1st) which is somewhat 20 minutes of riding the BTS sky train to the heart of Bangkok's shopping areas), I ensure that with my rental rates you guys will save plenty of money for extra shopping and so on. With a walking distance of 10-15 minutes to the BTS Bearing station, you will get to ride the BTS to your destination safe and sound.

For easy spending comparison: the downtown areas at early Soi Sukhumvit, you will have to spend at least 40-50k baht per month with a small space of one bedroom or studio. Here, at my place you cut your expense down in half to 20 to 30k baht per month with even more living space. PLEASE take a look at all the photos and further details. THANK YOU FOR READING!!!

My Condo is a fully furnished apartment with high quality furniture and some amenities. The residence is provided complimentary WiFI Internet and Cable TV. The apartment facilities include swimming pool and fitness center as seen in photos.

A two bedroom rate per week is as posted in AirBnb. This rate includes all facilities but not the electricity bill. The day you check in, I will take a photo of the power meter. And when you check out I will check the meter again. The electricity rate is 5.5 baht per unit as shown in the meter. Normally, the electric bill will be around 1500-2000 baht per month (if you turn off the air conditioner when not using it). Last, the cleaning rate is an additional 1,000 Baht per month.
