Our 3,500 sqft home is perfect for a large family, retreat or large group! Our home has two levels. There are two living areas, one upstairs and a large game room downstairs. The downstairs game room is a great space for the entire family or group of friends to hang out. Largest rental on the Cove.

The space
Our home is an easy drive from Tulsa (1.5 hour) Our home is built on a gorgeous lot that overlooks the Eufaula Cove Marina. The upstairs deck is great for watching the boats go out to the lake as well as to listen to the activities happening around the cove. The downstairs patio is great for enjoying the view, or watching your friends play yard games, cornhole, or basketball. We have a fire pit on the upstairs desk. There is a large yard and the home is stocked with plenty of yard games for our guests. Our game room has a pool table, poker table, lots of games and an Xbox for gamers! We have DirecTV and Wifi! Bringing a boat? There is a ramp about a mile a way. (There is not any dock or water access at the home).

Guest access
Guests have 100% access to the kitchen, bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and laundry room. Guests are welcome to use kitchen staples, dishes, serving-ware and all appliances. We have refrigerator one in kitchen. Guests should bring or buy groceries and consumables. Feel free to use the outdoor gas grill!

We have a ring doorbell on the front of the home as well as a ring camera on the back deck.
