The space
Whether you're looking for a fishing trip, family vacation, a romantic weekend, or a getaway to relax and recharge, this lakeside gem has it all. Quite neighborhood on a peaceful water channel. Great area to go on a walk or a jog. Enjoy nearby wine tasting, golfing, fishing right off the deck or jump into one of the the many fishing tournaments around Lake County.
Clear Lake is still No. 1 when it comes to bass fishing and holds down. Tournaments happen all year round, and we’re just a quick drive from Konocti Casino, for the tournaments that are hosted there. Leave your boat in the water the whole time and avoid having to pull and relaunch your boat each day.
For safety reasons, there are outdoor security cameras in front , on sides, and behind house. They are on outside parameter of house and not inside the house areas. House fits up to 7 guests, MAX. We do not allow pets in the home or on the property! Our children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. We have our house listed as no pets for the health of our children. We can’t make exceptions, and if a pet does show up, we’ll have to cancel your reservation and keep the deposit to cover deep cleaning. It can be common at times for the channel and lake to get some green algae especially during the later summer months.
Please keep in mind we do not have control over the weather or lake conditions throughout the different seasons. Lake condition, water level, clarity, algae, and vegetation vary widely throughout the year.
Guest access
Guests have access to ALL home amenities. BBQ island & bar, fully screened in porch with furniture to relax in while taking in the beauty outside. Private dock to tie up to or fish off.
Table fire pit by sofa set on deck is available for use during stay. Please always watch children around fire pit and water. For safety reasons, fireplace inside the house and fire pit on the BBQ island not available for use.
Other things to note
- Quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
