A simple but really cozy house, 2 minutes walking from an ildic beach, away from Santa Teresas dust, decorated with earthy elements, drift wood crafts and mellow lights. If you are looking for a place where you can relax with the sounds of nature, but staying close to the main town without compromising your peace, privacy or comfort; this is your place.

San Martín, is the small neighborhood located 3 kms North from Santa Teresa; playa Hermosa is a wide sandy beach, well known for its year round surf consistency and different levels of waves; beautiful rock formations with tidepools; one of the favorite spots for surf schools.
The town is spread out along the main road. Consisting mostly on residencial properties and lodges, few restaurants, small grocery store, a private school; quiet and peaceful at night.
The main town around is Santa Teresa with beautiful beaches with world class waves, plenty of different restaurants and stores, great nightlife and more of a "cosmopolitan" vibe.
