Where you’ll be

Erwin, Tennessee, United States

Natural wonders from Mother Earth so please be a Good Steward.
Please help us take care of this mountain retreat by disposing of all trash into on-site trash bags/containers.
Take nothing with you except the memories of your experience
Leave nothing behind except your stress and worries

PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER! This is the woods not a resort. There are no sidewalks. This is rugged country and should not be booked by those unfamiliar with weeds, bees, bugs, brush, slick rocks!
4 Wheel Drive or All-Wheel Drive Highly Recommended.
It is an awesome cabin in the woods surrounded by weeds, trees, bees, bugs, and every other type of critters expected when visiting the mountains.
Cabin is treated with Natural non-toxic Pest Insecticides(lemongrass, tea tree, other essential oils) but they still show themselves on occasion. Don't freak out, they're mostly harmless but accidents can happen.
First-Aid kit at cabin for minor cuts and abrasions and hospital in Erwin, 5-10 minutes away in case of serious injuries.
The water is cold, rocks are slick, and normal dangers associated with nature exist. You travel about at YOUR OWN RISK and hold us harmless in the event of any injuries or accidents while visiting. DO NOT CLIMB FALLS AS INJURIES AND ACCIDENTS CAN OCCUR. Otherwise, the property is safe, secure, and really fun for those seeking Nature and comfortable in it.
