This home looks on to a beautiful park with views of the Rocky Mountains and a trail that leads to Standley Lake. There are wonderful trails around the lake as well as fishing with a license you can purchase at Walmart. There are beautiful trails along the Little Dry Creek as well.
There is public transportation one block east on Kipling street. The #100 bus runs every hour.

I prefer quiet after 10 pm at night. Guests can come and go at any time.
