Contemporary-style music-themed home. Jam out with instruments, classic albums and record player by the pool table. Stunning gourmet kitchen. Big lawn and deck with teak dining table and bbq. Hot tub plus gas and real fire pits. Garage is packed! Ping pong table, pinball, foosball, Pop-a-Shot basketball, Treadmill, Peloton bike, dumbbells, and four mountain bikes+helmets.

The space
This 2800 sq foot home in a tree-lined SW Portland neighborhood has plenty of spaces to play, rest and entertain. With four bedrooms and a reading room upstairs, the open plan main floor is fantastic for making big meals, listening to music and playing pool. There's even a vintage pinball machine.
The family room boasts a large couch, two chairs and a 60 inch TV with access to Netflix and Amazon.
There’s also a large built-in dining room settee with an upholstered wall/bench and handmade table with seating for 8+.
The private back deck has a teak dining set and barbecue. It leads down to a 5 person Hot Springs hot tub and a gorgeous handmade blue rock gas fire pit. The back yard boasts a clover eco-lawn, two hanging chairs and a wood fire pit.

Other things to note
Kitchen is well equipped with spices, oils, condiments so check it out before grocery shopping. Bedroom 4 does not have its own mini-split unit, but it stays cool and warm nicely because house is so well insulated.
