Villa Hana was newly reconstructed and refurnished in June '18. For sport lovers it offers a private tennis court. Hot summer days will be a pleasure while enjoying a large rounded pool with a waterfall. With more than 300m2 the villa is seamlessly unified with nature on estate of 2500m2. Old oak trees surround the estate creating a small private forest and natural shades. In spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna, 2 dining rooms and 2 kitchen you can fully enjoy the luxury of the villa.

The space
Villa Hana is a 5* luxury Villa with a story that begins in 1991 when it was built for the needs of the owner who named it Hana after his daughter. Luxurious lifestyle led by the owner was transferred into villa’s design and architecture which was in the 90’ recognized as the one of the most beautiful villas in Croatia by a daily Croatian newspaper. Except native Mediterranean vegetation the estate is surrounded palm trees that bring in a pinch of exotic flair. Stone fountains surrounding the villa bring even more nature like feeling to its guests. Tennis lovers will be able to enjoy a private tennis court by the house. During hot summer days guests can refresh in a large rounded swimming pool specially decorated with an original cave rock with a waterfall and a bridge over it. For true gourmands, the estate offers three different barbecues with many possibilities of creative as well as traditional food preparation (in Croatia known as “ražanj”, “peka” and “roštilj”). Guests of the villa don’t need to worry about park places since there are 3 covered parking places and possibility for 7 more additional cars to park.

Guest access
The villa is located in a small village of Šćavonija only 5 kilometers away from Buje. It is easily connected to main roads towards Italy, Slovenia and Istria mainland but far enough to ensure tranquility to its guests.

Parking is available at the estate for total of 10 cars.

Other things to note
Well behaved pets are welcome. However there will be some limitations for them which will be explained to you by the host, or you can contact Hrvoje in advance for more details. Additional fee of 5 EUR per day will be charged for pets.

Villa Hana is not a party house and will not be rented for organizing parties or to groups of young people under 25 years of age.

All of our guests will receive house rules upon making a reservation so that they have enough time to get to know Villa Hana before their arrival.

If you are arriving with small babies, we will arrange for a crib (or more if necessary).

It is easily connected to main roads towards Italy, Slovenia and Istria mainland but far enough to ensure tranquility to its guests. For those willing to enjoy Istrian cuisine there are restaurants in less than 10min walking distance, and many others within 10min drive. Taking a swim in a beautiful Croatian sea at one of the most attractive beaches – the Kanegra beach, is possible in only 5min drive, with other beaches in 15min drive range. For outdoor enthusiasts there is cycling trail Parenzana nearby the house as well as numerous hiking trails. Surrounding area is famous for its vines and our guests can visit many top vineries, such as Vinery Kozlović – internationally recognized as one of the most beautiful ones in Europe. There are also traditional olive oil refineries and craft bear refineries nearby. For those thirsty of adrenalin - couple of adrenalin parks are in a drive range, and most famous one - Istralandia is only 20min drive away. Within 45min drive you can reach numerous interesting sites like Lipizzaner stable in Lipica, Postojna and Škocjan Caves, cities of Motovun, Grožnjan or Rovinj.
