Renovated two bedroom flat with view over Mediterranean and fast wifi. Located 150 meters from beach in charming authentic seaside town north of Barcelona. Private balcony. Parking closeby against small one-off payment.

Beach has mostly local visitors, no mass tourism. Trendy bars and restaurants on beach as well as in village. Located 600 mts from village centre, 450 mts from train station with direct trains to Barcelona centre. 30 mins/ 45 km to Barcelona by car.

The space
Newly renovated apartment (50 m2) plus private balcony of 12 m2.
Sea views feom living room and balcony.

Located on 1st floor of small apartment building of only 4 floors. There is no elevator.

The flat has free fast wifi. Light and airy fully equipped living room with large windows and doors to balcony, large flatscreen TV with satelite TV channels, sofa and dining table with chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooking plate, microwave / grill, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto), toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

Balcony has seaview and lot of privacy with no neighbours directly in front. Balcony is equipped with lounge chairs and small table and chairs.
Nice view from the living room and balcony over the tile roof of a traditional house towards the sea.

2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (all IKEA beds 200 cm long). One single bathroom with shower and toilet for the entire apartment.

The apartment is suitable for rental for older adults, max. 3 adults, or for 1 -2 adults with 1-2 children. The flat is not suitable for young adults travelling alone.

Parking is possible in a municipal car park 150 metres from the apartment, where you can park your car using our municipal parking card which we wil put at your disposal against a one-off payment of €25 upon your arrival. With this parking card you can also park in other parking spaces in our village.

Direct subterranean passage (subpass) from the street of the flat to the beach.
Caldes d’Estrac village is a cute little sea resort with authentic traditional thermal water spa baths, quaint bars, good restaurants, a supermarket and a bank.
The beaches are clean and quiet. No mass tourism in our village: mostly visitors from Barcelona and a few foreigners.
The apartment is located 600 mts from village main street and 450 mts from train station with direct train connection to Barcelona city centre every 20 – 30 mins.
Close to national road and highway for travel by car to Barcelona city in 30 mins / 45 km.
Beautiful walks along the beach, as well as in the forests and hills nearby.
