You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

The space
The decor and vibe of the space reflects our interests in travel, music, wellness, and an eco-friendly lifestyle. Karen's former experience as an elephant zookeeper in Hawaii is evident in the images of the animals you will find around the suite.

Guest access
Our yards are our oasis and feature gardens with organic vegetables, fruit trees and herbs. The patio, which is conveniently located just off the suite entrance, has several seating areas, Veggies freely shared upon request.

Other things to note
Through your private entrance there are only two steps to enter the suite. You may see our three small lovable dogs on the property. (Please do not feed the dogs! Thanks!) The Garden Suite is quiet and spacious. Area is enclosed, safe and well lit. Driveway parking (tandem parking ) is available for convenience.
We have added a portable Air Conditioning unit that can be placed in either the bedroom or the living room/kitchen/dining area upon request.

We have security cameras. One RING at our front door with partial driveway view and the second on in the back the has a view of the back driveway, AirBnB and ADU entrance.

Our home is located in the historic Centinela Valley. We’re just two blocks from beautiful Centinela Park (aka Edward Vincent Park). Walking, swimming, basketball, tennis, soccer and picnic areas. This is a quiet family oriented residential area that is soon to have light rail access that connects to LAX. The new SoFi Rams/Chargers NFL stadium is less than 3 miles. The Fabulous Forum music venue is 5 minutes away by car. LAX is 15 minutes away (we are not in the flight path) beaches are 20-30 minutes from here. Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice Beach are less than 40 minutes and the South Bay area is 20 minutes. Downtown (depending on traffic) is 30 minutes away. The historic Centinela Adobe is less than 10 minutes away. Grocery stores including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are close by.
