Comfy bed in a spotless space

Guests highlight the comfortable bed and how clean the space is, with many returning year after year.
Studio with full kitchen. High ceilings help make this place feel large and airy. When you move into this large suite you will see that you really have everything you need to make your vacation easy and luxurious.
We use all cotton sheets on the bed and we have been told by many guests how very comfortable the bed is and of course we use a mattress protector to keep it nice and fresh for only you!
This unit has modifications to make it easy to use a wheelchair.
FREE ONSITE PARKING FOR ONE CAR

The space
This space has easy access from the parking lot. No stairs or long driveway. Just park and walk right in.
Also Anoush suite has easy access to the back areas with plenty of seating, a fire pit, gas grill and peek a boo water views!

Our guests all seem to really love Anoush suite. After all it is sweet! Anoush is the Armenian word for sweet.

Other things to note
It’s a very easy location for a get away since it’s walking distance to almost everywhere you would want to go. Restaurants, bars, live music, and shops are right in your neighborhood. Or actually... around the corner, so you can still have a good night sleep.
And just a short walk( about 15 to 20
minutes to the beach.
Bicycle and kayak rentals are just a short walk to get to, sailing excursions also walking distance, golf course and tennis courts just a short drive from us.
Kennebunkport is a town that stays alive all year long! A few places close down for the winter but unlike other vacation resort towns, Kennebunkport is still hopping all year especially on the weekends.
Restaurants, bars, and most shops are still open throughout the year making it a great destination any season.
And while you won’t want to lay on the beach in the off season..... it’s still a beautiful place to walk and visit!

Also dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. Guests would have to share information about their dog so that we may make an informed decision and there is a one time pet fee required.

We are a married couple of who fell in love with Kennebunk decades ago! Originally we were looking for a cottage get away when we stumbled upon this gem. We tore it down and built it back up! We’ve maintained the charm of the building and added all the creature comforts of today.
