The space
Inside, the home is bright, comfortable and thoughtfully laid out for families and small groups. The open living area is ideal for gathering after a day of exploring. in addition the extra livingroom with woodstove gives another area to relax.
Outside, the backyard pool patio area is the star. Perfect for grilling, swimming, lounging, hanging out by the firepit and ending the day with a soak under the stars. This area is completely privacy fenced in, it just feels like your own private oasis!
This home features three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it a great fit for families, couples, or small groups traveling together. With space perfectly set for 6 guests. The house is 1250sq ft. Furniture and beds are cozy and comfortable!

full access to the whole house and laundry area in basement. Full access to the pool area and backyard. No access to the garage and my hair salon, which is located on the far side of the garage. There are no shared walls with the salon and the house. The garage is attached to the house. Pool shed you have access to

Other things to note
Please note, someone , usually me, will be in pool area each morning, at 8am very briefly to do hot tub maintenance, this is to ensure your best experience possible. Hot tubs require daily water chemical checks when used. I also check that guests haven't inadvertently turned off filter or heater for it(this has happened)
Pool is open and heated to about 82° mid May into mid October; however, beginning and end of the season weather can make this difficult to achieve and we price our overnight rate to reflect that in the off season. We use a solar cover to help keep the heat in the pool. Large Hot Tub is available all year!
Also please be aware that anywhere outside of a city, including our area, you could possibly encounter wildlife. Bugs, frogs, toads, birds, chipmunks and more

Quiet, safe, residential area. Located just outside of the village of Corinth. Small town that has all of the basics: small grocery store, Walgreens, convenience stores, liquor store, bank, couple of small restaurants. West Mountain Ski area is 15 min away. Saratoga and Lake George and Ice Castles are about 20 min away. Adirondack mountains are just minutes away. Hiking, Rafting, lazy river tubing, horseback riding, skiing, mountain biking all nearby. About 20-25 min from the race track and SPAC

I'm a hairstylist, I have a small salon suite attached to my garage. My favorite place to be is outside! Hiking up a mountain , out on the water ...or....sitting on the beach with my toes in the sand...! I grew up in the Adirondacks and just love it! I love the little town of Corinth, it's so close to Saratoga and Glens Falls and Lake George, yet also the gateway to the Adirondacks. I can be hiking some mountains, or kayaking within minutes from my home. I'm looking forward to having people enjoy my home as much as I do!
