Nearby is the Richmond entry to the new Capital Trail - a 52 mile mountain biking trail to Williamsburg.

The apartment is two blocks from the famous St. John's Church (c 1741), where Patrick Henry gave his “Give me liberty or give me death ” speech.

Walk to top restaurants, coffee and bakery shops, tennis court, grocery, cleaners, drugstore, and many cultural sites, including the previous Civil War hospital (now the Chimborazo Medical Museum), the nearby Edgar Allen Poe Museum, and Libby Hill Park overlooking the James River,.
