This custom barndominium is perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations!

The space
This beautiful home is back on the rental market after a full remodel. It sits at the corner of Highway 36 and FM 976, and is approximately 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top. The home has a master bedroom and private master bathroom as well as a living room with a twin daybed and twin trundle with access to the 2nd full bath. It has a full kitchen, and dining area. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a Roku TV with a spacious closet. The living room features a Roku TV and a full professional theater sound system.

There is plenty of parking if you want to bring your boat for a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville.

The owner has a workshop behind the building, but it is not used when guests are staying.

No smoking inside home

NOTE: A $50 Dog fee per dog will be charged to guests who would like to bring their Dog. Please mention when reserving our home if you plan on bringing your dog!

Guests will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
The house is located near two tiny houses and a Cabin that are also our rental properties. There is plenty of parking available, but we want our guests to know there may be other visitors in a nearby Airbnb rental.
