Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Fully licensed.

Entire carriage house and shared yard. The sheds on the property are the only things off limits. There is one parking spot available in the driveway on Peterson. There is no street parking available as it is by permit only.

We love our town and our carriage house is the best home base to explore all Fort Collins has to offer!

We are blocks away from the CSU University Center for the Arts, less than a mile from the new CSU Stadium, walking distance from numerous restaurants, and a quick bike ride from downtown and almost every brewery in town!
