Welcome to your TX Hill Country getaway in Dripping Springs known as The Gateway To The Hill Country! This 35 acre property provides scenic hilltops with amazing views of rolling ravines and hills for miles.

It's an eclectically cozy & bright house surrounded by nature & gardens. It offers an independent, elegantly appointed guesthouse or choose to go "Glamping" in Stella, our 31' Vintage Airstream. Enjoy our harvested & filtered rainwater system we call Cloud Juice!

The space
The eclectic and fully furnished guesthouse welcomes you with a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and all the amenities of home. It has a leather sectional sofa with comphy furnishings. A 50” Smart HDTV with DVD player, and Welcome Book, games, puzzles, books, DVDs, and CDs are all plentiful for your use.

The downstairs bedroom boasts a comfy queen pillowtop mattress with luxury Comphy Sheets and linens. A dresser for hanging and folding clothing along with a mirror is all within. Eclectic and charming to say the least! Enjoy your private back porch going out your room with chairs, bird feeders and landscaping!

The upstairs loft bedroom boasts a comfy queen pillowtop mattress with luxury Comphy sheets and linens. The loft has 7 steep stairs with hand railings so keep that in mind when deciding to reserve. While this property is mostly about accommodating adults for a relaxing stay, small children and babies are welcome but we ask that they not be allowed upstairs due to the steep stairs. We happily supply you with a twin cot and linens for their comfort if needed.

Wooden and concrete floors are throughout with doors opening onto your front and back porches where birds, squirrels, and wildlife abounds in all colors and sizes. A terrazzo-styled bathroom features a shower with large thirsty towels, fresh, filtered rainwater we call Cloud Juice and all the essentials.

Bring whatever food items you would like as it has a completely stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker and with pods, creamer, and sugar. Ice, water, soft drinks, and snacks are all within. Cabinets are stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, cups and glasses, and everything in-between! Guests are always surprised at how stocked we are in the kitchen. The Star House is on a 20,000 gallon filtered rainwater system we simply call "cloud juice". Pure and delicious!

The Star House is one of the two rentals on the property. The other is our 31' Vintage Airstream named Stella and can be booked on Airbnb as well. Each rental is totally unique, and they are a comfortable distance apart in order to allow maximum privacy and tranquility for our guests.

We are within the Dark Sky Initiative keeping the lights in our area away so you can enjoy the many stars and constellations at night. We are 10 minutes to the center of Dripping Springs, and Southwest of Austin just a half-hour away but many say it feels like a world away. Cleaning Note* Our cleaning protocol includes us wearing gloves and masks while we clean and sanitize the property. We disinfect all knobs, handles, faucets handrails, etc. Your safety and health is our top concern! Remember, The Stars Will Be Waiting.
