Beautifull 5 bedroom cottage ,home, conveniently located on Moore Lake on scenic hwy 35. This waterfront property is 15 minutes to Minden or Coboconk.There is a restaurant within walking distance or minutes by car.There are many lakes in the area to fish or explore . Queen Elizabeth Provincial Park is minutes away for all your hiking needs or you can just relax at the cottage waterfront! There is a row boat or paddle boat available.The cottage is at the gateway to the Haliburton Highlands.

The space
Comfortable large living area 5,bedrooms and kitchen area with 55 inch tv. The waterfront is level shallow and child friendly. .There is a barbeque on the deck for your use.There is also a firepit area for evening fires You can swim on the sand bar that is located a short distance in front of the cottage.

Other things to note
There is swimming in lake if desired. Bottled water is required for drinking only . the water is clean for showers etc. but not potable.
