This is a wonderful location! If you like the Sunrise, look left. If you like the Sunset, look right. Just want to relax, pick your spot, Sunroom, Porch Swing below, outdoor Jaccuzi tub or on the Dock. Jolly Rogers Grub n Grog is 10 minute walk or 4 minute drive away. Dollar General is 10 minutes away if you forget something. Located at the 4 3/4 mm on the Gravois Arm. Bagnell Dam Strip is 20 minutes away. No boat slips available, guest can tie up, but large waves make it risky.

The space
This Sunroom came with 3 bderooms and 2 baths attcahed (Plus living and kitchen), but once you are there you will understand. Being in this 4 season room looking out over the lake, It's mezmorizing. Check for the time of the sunset, you wont want to miss it. There is a reason the neighbor living there full time still can be found in the water or the Dock every night for it.

Guest access
You have the entire home and dock to yourself. I have charcol for you there. Noodles on the dock, table and chairs too.

Other things to note
I do provide Ice to my Neighbors if they need it. Mainly Holidays or to make Ice Cream. Dont worry, there is plenty

Neighborhood highlights

2 smaller dogs may also come say high, thier owner is way down the cove, they may even pass with her on a paddle board, but they get special treatment from Becky on the right and stay close to her till Mom comes home.
