The space
After only a few months in the DC area, we knew this was the best place to live! Welcome to your home away from home.

Close to DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis with easy access to all major highways and public transportation, our home is the perfect location to get to where you need to go. We are only 2 blocks from the nearest Metro Bus Stop, only 9 miles from New Carrollton Metro Rail, GreyHound and the Marc Train, we have street parking in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic down our one block road.

The Studio Apartment: Tucked in a neighborhood right off of the Highway 50 and Highway 3/301 junction, you are close to everything. Whether you are in the area for work or play, you've picked the best place to stay. Friendly commutes, plenty of shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, ice skating rinks, roller rinks, go-karting, amusement parks, nature parks, even hiking!

We converted our garage into a private executive studio apartment - 288 square feet. Private entrance, private kitchen, living, and sleeping space, and your own private bathroom with a small shower stall. The full size bed accommodates 2 comfortably. The full size sleeper sofa and single roll-away bed provide many bedding options for up to five (5).

We like to take care of our guests with complimentary coffee and tea, and our best advice on what's good to eat around Bowie. The studio is excellently appointed with everything you might need to make sure you are set for your time with us. If you forgot something, just ask! We have you covered.

Not suitable or safe for infants or children. There are utilities in the hallway that leads to the bathroom which contain the HVAC and hot water heater for the house. It's easily accessible and could be a hazard to children, therefore, the apartment is only suitable for adults.

No smoking in or on the property.

No parties or events.

Only registered guest(s) are allowed in the apartment. A registered guest(s) is considered someone that is part of the original booking or added to the reservation prior to the beginning of the rental period.

Adding a guest after the rental period begins must be approved by the Owner. If a booked guest brings additional guest(s) that are not listed on the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund.

Other things to note
There is a stepping stone walkway (see pictures) with a one step threshold into the apartment. There is also a step up to enter the hallway to the bathroom.

As stated in the description, the bathroom has a small shower stall. There is no tub in the apartment.
