The space
This condo is located at Condominium "Las Islas", a gated and secured building next to Palm Beach Mall and right behind the hotel strip of Palm Beach. It is located right behind the Hyatt Parking lot.
What makes the condo so great is that each bedroom has their own private bathroom, so this condo is perfect for three separate couples or a family. All bathrooms have hot water, all rooms are airconditioned, both bedrooms upstairs have a great walk in closet, we have hairdryers, 2 safes so you can store your valuables, WiFi, beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach, beach towels, WE HAVE IT ALL!
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Have a look at our photos so you can see the layout of this condo.
The open kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher, stove, hood, microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge and more!
The living area is spacious and you will have a nice view to the patio. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the pool.
We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless.
No need to leave home but if you want to see the beach and all the hotels with spas, casinos and restaurants, they are right across the road just a few steps away.
This condo really offers great value and will save you a bundle on taxi or car rental because you can walk everywhere and cook some meals at home. There is a great gas grill by the pool!
The building is very quiet because it is not a very large condominium and not all apartments are rented out, so there is plenty of privacy and space by the pool.
To make your vacation perfect, we have a laundry area on the property where you can wash and dry your clothes for free, so you can pack light.

This is a private condo, all yours, your deck is private as well. The pool is shared.
Other things to note
We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial loss associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO or Airbnb cancellation policy and only refund according to those policies.
Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
On behalf of Casa Mia, we place a ‘welcome package’ in your home for the first few days of your rental.
These items include toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet), kitchen paper (1), dishwashing sponge (1), dishwashing
liquid, handsoap and garbage bags (5). We also have coffee, sugar, tea, coffee filters and some detergent for
the a few washes. Our homes also have a decent amount of condiments and spices for cooking. These items
come and go, so the inventory is not consistent.
Should any of these items run out during your stay, you would have to purchase these at your own expense.
We also provide linen for the beds, 1 big and one small bath towel and 1 one beach towel per guest, a cooler
and beach chairs to take to the beach.
We do not provide an umbrella since they tend to be hazardous with the strong winds in Aruba, they break
within a day. All watersport huts rent lounge chairs and large heavy duty parasols.
We might have inflatable pool floats or other things like snorkel masks, however, guests also break them and
loose them all the time, other guests do leave some again, so we cannot guarantee their presence.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are present in our home.
We do not supply washcloths, shampoo, body wash and conditioner in our bathrooms.
CAR RENTAL:
We highly recommend renting a car while on vacation in Aruba.
The heat makes even small distances uncomfortable to walk, especially carrying beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach bag, floats and other things that make your beach time more enjoyable. Getting sunburned walking back from the beach may negatively affect your entire vacation.
Furthermore, the roads are a bit dark at night and since everyone drives everywhere, most roads have no sidewalks so you walk in the sand next to the roads.
Driving is easy in Aruba! Traffic is slow and the island is very small (you drive from one tip of the island to the other tip in 45 minutes!) so you can't really get lost.
And maybe the most import reason to rent a car: you will get to see so much more of Aruba and make the most out of your vacation.
TAXI SERVICE:
Taxi service is great, very fast and safe, but leaving the house a few times a day for groceries, beach visits and restaurants might cost more in the end than renting a car, so you might as well rent a car and enjoy the luxury to have 24 hour transportation at your fingertips.
Please be aware taxis are not allowed to take on more than 5 passengers, so for large groups it will cost you 4 taxis for a round trip out of the house.
