Have you ever wondered about living in a tiny house? Here's your chance. 326 sq.' of new build chic. Full kitchen, full bathroom, queen bed in private bedroom and separate living room and dining space. The sofa opens into an extra full size, comfortable bed. Minutes from great restaurants, antiques, and fun. Close to Brenham, Roundtop, Carmine, Burton, Bellville, Fayetteville, Giddings and Lake Somerville state park.

The space
This is new construction in a rather ecclectic style: a little modern, a little industrial, a little rustic, lots of subtle, beautiful colors: sounds like there's something for everyone. Built for your comfort, there is a full kitchen, full bathroom, queen bed in bedroom with door and living/dining space. Private and quiet.

Guest access
Easy to get to by GPS.
You have your own private parking space. There is a 4" step up into this house, but room for wheelchair or walker, no thresholds once you are inside. (The Barn is more well-suited for wheelchairs and walkers.) It is a well lighted outside area with motion-activated lights, key or key-pad entry, self-checkin. 2 acres of property to walk, or sit and view stars and watch the sunset while you enjoy your favorite beverage.

Other things to note
There are outdoor sitting areas all over the property. Make yourself comfortable with a glass or cup of your favorite beverage and watch the sunset, visiting in the fresh, outdoor air. The hair dryers are professional dryers and have resets on the plug. If it does not work, push the red button, then the yellow and it should reset.

This is a beautiful property, located in rural central Texas, nestled in rolling hills. You can watch the cows while drinking your morning coffee and listen to the crickets chirp while you're winding down for bed. The sunsets are amazing! Gather with friends and family. The grounds are spacious for yard games and strolling. We have a great road for your morning or evening walk or run, with a couple of hills that will make your exercise a bit more of a challenge. All roads on your trip in the area are in good driving condition.

He plays the guitar beautifully and helps around the farm as time permits. We have 3 grown sons and a daughter and 2 granddaughters. It is our pleasure to meet many and varied people who visit the farm.
