All new decking including an expanded upper deck "crow's nest" and comfortable exterior furniture for 2025! All new stainless steel GE Profile appliances in kitchen. Renovation in the last 5 years include a new roof, HVAC/Heat pump, LV Plank flooring throughout, new interior doors, casings, moldings, fresh paint, and living room and dining area furniture. Plantation shudders in the bedrooms window shades throughout.
Smart Televisions in all bedrooms except the bunk room. The Spectrum app is installed where you’ll get basic cable and local channels. You have the ability to login to any streaming service you have a personal account with.

Walking distance to the ocean beach access. If you’re looking for a relaxing week where you can enjoy time with your family in the quieter part of Nags Head, this is it. We are located in South Nags Head, near MP20. The house is located off the main beach road on a cul-de-sac. Perfect for kids to ride their bikes with little worry of traffic on our road. The beach is only a few minutes' walk across the street to the public beach access. This is one of the few beach accesses that doesn't allow vehicle parking, so it is never crowded.
We provide access to beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, a cooler, boogie boards, kayak, cornhole boards, etc. We provide two beach carts with sand tires to easily wheel everything across the street.
Enjoy a nice hot shower in the outdoor shower when you return from a long day at the beach!
We visit often as a family ourselves and have tried to make the house as comfortable as possible. There is plenty to do in South Nags Head. There are four older beach cruiser bikes that you are more than welcome to use. Ride down to Fish Head's Bar & Grill at the Outer Banks Fishing Pier for happy hour, or ride all the way to the market and back. Drive only 10-minutes south and watch the charter boats bring in the day's catch at Oregon Inlet. There are a few great rental places close by (Kitty Hawk Watersports, and Cavalier Surf Shop) for bikes, boards, or anything else you may need. There are several seafood markets as well as the Outlet Mall if any shopping is needed. Cahoon's market is only a few minutes away for any quick grocery needs, otherwise Food Lion, Fresh Market, and Publix are a short drive down the bypass.
Guest access
You get the entire beach house for your stay, including access to storage with bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys for the kids, and carts to walk it all across the street.

You can choose to bring your own if you have them, or we recommend renting from Ocean Atlantic Rentals (they'll drop off clean linens and pick up when you depart). Although some will be provided, be prepared to bring the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap, shampoo, etc.)

Ample parking in driveway and on street if needed. Storage closet under the house with access to beach chairs/cart/toys/bikes. Charcoal grill/smoker in the back yard. Enclosed outdoor shower and fenced in backyard.
*Note: We have a Ring security camera flood light located at the front door which helps us keep an eye on the house while we’re away.
1st Story:
Master bedroom with King bed and en suite full bathroom. 43” flat screen smart TV - includes basic cable/local channels app through Spectrum. Renters can login to any app they have a personal account with (ex. Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Bedroom with queen bed with 32” flat screen smart TV, and another bedroom with bunks. Additional full-bath and washer/dryer access located in hallway. Pack N’ Play located in bedroom closet if needed.
2nd Story:
Master bedroom with King bed, full bathroom (Jack & Jill access to living room), and a 32” flat screen smart TV - includes basic cable/local channels app through Spectrum. Renters can login to any app they have a personal account with (ex. Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Living room with large sectional sofa and a recliner. 55” Flat screen smart TV and a portable Bluetooth speaker to take to the beach is also available. Several board games and puzzles to choose from in case it rains.
Kitchen Area includes fully stocked cabinets (pots, pans, flatware, dishes, toaster, blender, crock-pot, seafood steamer pot, etc.). Keurig coffee maker as well as a traditional Mr. Coffee 12cup machine.
There is a wraparound deck with an upper “crow's nest”. We have several chairs to comfortably enjoy the view.
Features: Central air and heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi guest access, ceiling fans in every room but the bunks. All beds have newer mattresses, quilts and pillows. Hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers as well.
Cleaning fee: $175.00
Taxes will be collected directly through the Airbnb website. The rate is 12.75% which includes the NC sales tax of 6.75% and the County occupancy tax of 6%.
