WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
Events welcomed with prior written authorization.
An event is defined as more than 5 people not on the reservation or if any vendors such as caterers or DJs are on the property.
Event fees: $500 up to 30 guests with a maximum of 20 cars. $30 per additional guest up to 150 with a maximum of 40 cars. $150 trash fee applies if garbage exceeds 7 provided cans.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
$25 per person per night after the 16th guest.
Innkeeper Agreement required before check-in.
Optional services include pool heating at $45 per day, pets at $150 each, and early check-in or late checkout at $50 per hour if available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Check-in is After 4 pm - UNLESS you obtain prior written authorization.
* There is an additional charge of $25 per person per night after the 16th guest.
*You must have prior authorization if you plan or expect more than 5 visitors at one time at the home that are not listed on the reservation listed as guests.
* Guest are required to sign an innkeeper agreement prior to check in.
*Any person at the house after 11:59 pm is considered an overnight guest unless previously disclosed and authorized during your reservation.
* There is an onsite groundskeeper that is tasked with exterior maintenance only.
*Music should not be heard past the front gate and all music outside should end at 10:00 PM.
* POOL Safety- Alarms- All doors leading to the pool from inside the home are equipped with sound activated alarms that chime when the doors are opened. Please let us know if you would like to have them activated PRIOR to arrival.
*If you would like to have the pool heated please let us know at least one day in advance for us to get it ready for you. We charge $45 per day for use of the pool heater.
PETS:
* We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 to be assessed. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using the waste disposal bags. Please notify us that you are bringing animals prior to arrival.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
*We have security cameras that record video and audio that are operational on the property in the outside areas around the perimeter of the home\driveways and at the multisport court. Please note that if cameras are tampered with or for whatever reason are not operating, we reserve the right to come to the property to correct the issue*
PARKING: Maximum of 10 cars only, unless authorized.
Early check-in / Late check-out requests depend on availability and are subject to a $50 per hour fee. Please check with us first so we can confirm if possible :) **RV Parking is available on the property with prior notice and fee if hooking up to the home.
HOUSE RULES: Please take care of the home as if it were your own. NO loud noise or parties are allowed without prior written authorization. NO NOISE or LOUD MUSIC allowed outside after 10 PM. We ask you to be respectful of our neighbors. Music should not be heard past the front gate at any time. No fireworks are allowed on the property. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Including hookahs, e-cigarettes, or any kind of smoking at all as this will result in a $500 fine.

GUEST COUNT
- Must match the number of guests on your agreement.
MUSIC & SPEAKERS
- The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. Violations. West Palm Beach is very strict with Airbnb guests. We ask you to be respectful of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM.
VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved prior to coming on to the property and must adhere to the listed guests rule.
NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
- No artificial confetti, rose peddles or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.
