NOVA is a self-contained lower-floor home with its own entrance. ALTA, the separately accessed rooftop studio above, may be occupied by other guests.

Centro is a short bike or car ride. Playa Pescadores is about 10 minutes by bike or car and 25–30 minutes on foot.

Your dedicated concierge can assist with transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, groceries, chefs, massage and yoga; optional services cost extra.

Guest access
Guests have private access to NOVA’s two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining areas, full kitchen, balcony/patio and separate entrance. Shared building amenities include the 25-meter pool, gym, yoga area, gardens and gated parking. NOVA does not include the independently accessed rooftop studio or its private plunge pool; that space may host other guests. Complete gate and arrival instructions are sent before check-in.
