No better place to isolate! Main house and a guest house. These beautiful and unique homes sit on over 17 acres on Nutty Brown Road. Located in an extremely desirable location close to wineries, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, wedding venues and only 4 minutes away from the newly developed Belterra Village. Come and get your getaway and still be close to everything!! Only 8 miles away from downtown Dripping Springs and 17 miles away from downtown Austin. Simply the best of both worlds!

The space
The property offers sleeping accommodations of up to 16 in between the main house and the guest house. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Throughout the property you will encounter plenty of sitting areas, hammocks and swings in addition to outdoor games. Behind the main house you will find a beautiful clearing with a little old log cabin (150+ years) that was converted into The Merlowe's Pub (please see pictures). The property also has a wet weather creek and two wet weather ponds. The location can't be beat, the property is just minutes away from the original Salt Lick (restaurant and cellars), Fall Creek Vineyards, Austin Craft Lounge, Jester King Brewery and many other attractions located in Belterra Village. Belterra Village is a newly developed commercial area with restaurants such as The League Tavern, IHOP, Torchy’s Tacos, Pieous, The Switch BBQ, Hat Creek Burger Company, Backspin Sports Bar, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Sky Cinemas (eat-in cinema with an outdoor beer garden). If your plan is to relax, they also have a wonderful massage, yoga and tea bar called Serasana. If you need to stock up on some wine or liquor, Spec’s is located in this development as well. Belterra Village is only 3-4 minutes away from the property by car. In addition, all of Austin's beautiful swimming holes are within reach! Come and get your getaway and still be close to everything!!!

Guest access
Feel free to walk about or hike the property. Lock box codes will be provided the day before the arrival. Guest number of no more than 16 is strictly enforced. Bringing more than 16 guests without previous approval will immediately cancel the rental agreement and renters will be asked to vacate the property.
