Just four miles ($10 Uber) from the heart of Downtown, OTW Tybee, this properly remodeled home has tall ceilings, large bedrooms, a bright and airy sunroom and premium features, including JennAir appliances, 50 in UHD televisions, fastest EERO Mesh WiFi, charging ports in all bedrooms. Additionally, it features a giant two person office with a stocked library.

This is a completely renovated 1930s bungalow. Things that make it unique:
Location. Central to everything. Update: Addition of sleeper sofa.
All new furniture. Chic coastal vibe. Rain on a tin roof....
New paint and 50inch UHD TV/Surround Sound installed THIS week - 6/4/18. This is a new listing - no disappointments. Giant fully wired office for two people to work comfortably.

The Historic waterfront neighborhood of Thunderbolt is literally central to everything in Savannah. Avoid the parking hassle downtown with a quick Uber ride, and stay one block from the intracoastal waterway. Very walkable to proper breakfast and lively bar.
