Location & Comfort! Expertly furnished & decorated 3/3.5 townhouse for up to 7 guests w/ all the modern conveniences you need. Park in your 2-car garage but walk to the very best of what S. Tampa & Downtown have to offer. Urban location just 1 block from the splendor of Bayshore Blvd. Walking distance to Hyde Park Village, the Riverwalk, University of Tampa, Amalie Arena, Convention Center, Tampa General Hospital, Davis Islands & Gasparilla parades. Just a 5-10 min Uber ride to Ybor City.
The space
This contemporary Mediterranean townhouse is in an ideal location and steps away from the water. It's only 1 block from scenic Bayshore Boulevard, which has incredible views of Hillsborough Bay with miles of wide sidewalks along the water to walk, bike and jog. It is fully furnished and has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bath, along with complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The townhouse is 3-stories tall:
- 1st Floor: Garage (can fit 2 small cars or one large SUV), Private Patio, Guest Bedroom (Queen Bed), Closet and Full Bath.
- 2nd Floor: Living Room, Sofa Sectional (Full Size Memory Foam Sleeper Bed), Balcony, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Keurig Coffee Station, Coffee Maker, Wine Refrigerator, Dining Area w/ seating for 6, Bar/Counter w/ seating for 2 & Half Bath.
- 3rd Floor - Master Bedroom (King Bed) w/ Full Bath and walk-in California Closet, Guest Bedroom (2 Single Beds) w/ Full Bath, and Laundry Closet w/ Whirlpool Duet Washer & Dryer.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything (dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.) you'll need to prepare any meals. We also provide some complimentary bottled water, Keurig coffee pods and basic condiments.
The 1st Floor Bedroom, Living Room, 3rd Floor Guest Bedroom and 3rd Floor Master Bedroom have brand new 42", 50", 32" and 55" Roku TVs, respectively. The TVs are equipped with Hulu + Live TV service for your viewing pleasure of all Hulu original shows and content, recent movies, live sports or news. The Roku TVs include other streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Sling, etc.) if you prefer to log into your own account. Internet WiFi access available throughout the townhouse.

Entire home is accessible, except for storage closet in 2nd floor bathroom.
Other things to note
The garage can fit two small cars or one large SUV. If you're vehicle is an extended cab pick-up truck or extra long SUV (e.g. Suburban), then it may not fit or you may have to park at an angle. There is street parking available and a gravel lot across the street that is generally open for parking as well.
