This large room is quiet and private. We are close to Silverwood Theme Park, Boulder Beach water park, Triple Play Amusement Park and Ironwood Throwing Center.

Lake Coeur d’Alene is to the south, Hayden lake is to the east, Twin lakes is to the north west and Lake Pend Oreille to the Northeast.
If you like the outdoors this is a great place to go on small hikes at Tubbs Hill, Farragut State Park or Mineral Ridge. All have great views of the lakes and mountains around the area.

The space
This large 23x12 room has a western view of 5000ft Rathdrum mountain. The room has one queen bed and a Twin trundle bed. The room also has an AC unit and a little frig.
The bathroom is next to this room and the kitchenette.

This quiet setting is away from city lights and close to Silverwood Theme Park.

Guest access
The Room is next to the bathroom and guests have a washing machine and dryer in your utility room on the first level.
There is a refrigerator in the room.

The room sits next to a Kitchenette which has a refrigerator, microwave, K-cup
Coffee maker, Nuwave fryer, Electric burner,
toaster, and crock pot. the bathroom it's also next to your room. The kitchenette and bathroom are for your use only.

During your stay
Guest has their own room, bathroom and kitchenette. The utility room has a washer and dryer and a small bathroom with a shower for Airbnb guests. It is possible that you may bump into the owner since he lives on the property. Your outside door is separate and asking questions may require a text.

13 minutes.

Triple Play Amusement Park south about 15 minutes.

Ironwood Throwing Center is 4 minutes away.

Lake Coeur d'Alene is to the south, Hayden lake is to the east, Lake Pend Oreille is to the northeast, Twin Lakes is to the northwest. James House is just caught in the middle.

Farragut State Park is on the southern end of Lake Pend Oreille.

Bird aviation and invention center is definitely worth seeing. Forest Bird was a major inventor and collector of cars in airplanes. This museum is at Coeur D' Alene airport and is worth seeing.

The tourist town of
Sandpoint is north of James House and on the north end of Lake Pend Oreille.

Schweitzer Ski Resort is overlooking the north end of Lake Pend Oreille. It's a great place to ski in the winter and a bustle of activity during summer.

My wife and I are a well traveled couple in Asia, Europe and Western United States. We now live in North Idaho of lakes, mountains and love living in this beauty state. We are just out of town nestled between the Coeur D’Alene mountains and Selkirk mountains. Come visit this great area in north Idaho where memories can be forever.
