The Palms Hua Hin is a large Luxury Pool Villa on a gated community with 24 hr security, spacious open plan living area, brand new refurbishment and fully equipped, with private amenities perfect for guests looking for a great getaway. Our 10m x 5m pool is 1.2m deep a great depth for children.

The space
We have 2 bedrooms in the main house and the other bedrooms have separate entrance’s from the garden. If up-to 6 guests book they will only have access to the 3 bedrooms, up-to 8 guests all 4 bedrooms will be available. Bedroom 5 is not available and used for storage. all our bedrooms have air conditioning and fans, with 2 air conditioners in the lounge / Kitchen area, 2 of the bedrooms have separate entrances from the garden which makes it more private for couples.

Other things to note
We are located 3km from the beach and town, a car or bike is recommended a Grab taxi to the centre is about 100 baht, if needed we can arrange scooter rental.

No smoking inside [Fine 3,000 THB]
NO PETS ALLOWED

Please note: Electricity is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity costs 7 baht per unit, cost will depend mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. Water is included in the price.

PLEASE NOTE: We are located at Khao Noi Village about 1km from the pin, we cant move the location on the map and are awaiting for Airbnb to fix the issue.
