Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided. BBQ grill also. 2 stalls with paddocks. 12 x 12 and 10 x 12. Rooms are as they would be at your own home, separate from each other. See photo 13.

The space
Central location to Florence and Airport at 25 miles away. Easy drive to Myrtle Beach and Charleston. Situated on the Great Pee Dee River with free boat ramp available for fishing enthusiasts. Historical town for the history buffs and Geneology archives located 15 miles away in Darlington. 12 miles to Coker College in Hartsville. And 12 miles to Cheraw, the home of Dizzy Gillespie and lovely antebellum homes and atmosphere. For the Canine and Equine minded we are 5 miles from H Cooper Black Park.

Full 3 acres of pasture are also available as requested. 50 amp outlet to accommodate trailers and Electric Vehicles available.

With enough notice all requests will be considered! I am hoping to make new friends and provide memories! Just let me know how I can make your stay a most enjoyable and relaxing time.
Please be aware this is a CARRIAGE HOUSE. Therefore the stalls and breezeway that constitutes the barn portion of the accommodations for the animals is not able to be heated and cooled as a home is.
Also, please review map of location of Society Hill to see its proximity to your specific needs. We are a beautiful small town within 10-15 miles of larger cities. Society Hill is just a short drive off of I-95 but does NOT sit adjacent to the interstate.
FYI- heated temperature of accommodations during winter months is approximately 65-73 degrees and summer months between 72-78. If these temperatures are not within your comfort range please let me know. There are plenty of heavier linens and additional heaters for winter months, just ask😊
