One of 4 Newley remodeled townhomes in Drakes Inlet. Marina is across the street! Restaurants are next door! 25 Min to Nashville! Perfect for Traveling Professionals on temporary work assignments. Not only do I enjoy the fresh air and lake views, relaxing around the patio and pool, but I also love so Renting a pontoon at the marina and capturing the picturesque homes (including several stars Dolly, Johnny Kelly) framing the beautiful lake. It makes for an unforgettable experience.

The space
This Townhome is in a quiet community with a lake in front and pool in the back. Beautiful trees and parks. Restaurants and a convenience store next door. This is a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. The townhome was just remodeled and has upscale furnishings. Master is very large with vaulted ceilings, sitting area and on suite full bath. Patio in the back with great view of the pool and pavilion. All the comforts of home!!

Hello I'm Lisa and this is my 16 yr old African Grey Ben. I moved to Nashville from Atlanta in 2000. I've owned a tax consulting, preparation and representation firm since 1991. I downsized and moved to downtown Nashville next door to my office about December 2015. My son says "Mom if I were you I would put your properties on Airbnb and VRBO". So here I am. I have 2 sons and 2 grand-babies that live close by. I work a lot so I'm not home as much as I would like to be so downtown is convenient. After my son introduced me to airbnb, I realized a lot of my neighbors and tax clients were precipitating in the program as well. It has been a great experience. It allows me to block a week and escape to mountains, beach or Old Hickory Lake. I have hosted some amazing people and formed great friendships that will last a lifetime. Airbnb and VRBO has been a blessing to me. My motto is Seize the Day!! or die regretting what you missed.
