Now with Air Conditioning! This is a stunning and updated 2 bed/2 bath condo. The space features living room views of the Red Rocks, great amenities including pool, hot tub, 2 full-size tennis courts, and a prime location in Sedona’s gorgeous Village of Oak Creek, a 1 mile walk to the gorgeous Bell Rock and other scenic spots, making it easily accessible to all the wonders of Northern Arizona!

The space
Make yourself at home! This property is a 2 bedroom condo with a split floor plan and ensuite bathrooms, making it an ideal space for individuals, couples, friends and families alike.

Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and tastefully decorated and furnished. It can sleep up to 5 guests.

Kitchen: The condo has a fully stocked kitchen complete with an electric oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.

*There is a grocery store within walking distance of the property

Living Room: A decorative fireplace centers the room. There is a TV with Netflix and enough space to unwind after a day of travel in the area.

*Wifi is provided for your convenience

Bedrooms: Both spacious bedrooms feature walk-in closets and plush memory foam beds with views looking out to the Red Rocks. We offer a chaise lounger in the living room under the TV if you are looking to accommodate a 5th guest.

Infants: No need to pack all that heavy infant equipment! We have a Pack-N-Play and highchair to accommodate for all your infant's needs.

Bathrooms: The master bathroom has two sinks with a private shower and bath-tub. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower. Both are newly updated.

*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Patio: There is one patio on the property, located off of the living space. It is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite morning beverage and take in the beauty of Sedona.

Washer/Dryer: The condo has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.

Amenities: The property grounds feature a community pool, two hot tubs, and two full-size tennis courts for guests to use at their convenience. In addition, there are two BBQ grills located just outside of the pool area. *Although it is rarely shut down, we cannot guarantee the pool and spa will be open during your stay.*

***Pool is heated from March 1st until the Summer months and then stays warm naturally.

EV Charging: There is a Tesla Supercharger with 14 stations and a Rivian Charger with 6 stations on the Southern border of the complex (walking distance) at 7000 AZ-179 Sedona, AZ 86351.

Other things to note
Please note that the Pool & Hot Tub's hours are 8am to 10pm. The amenities key card will not get you in or out of these areas outside of these hours so please be mindful.

Parking - There is one covered parking spot assigned to this home. Additional uncovered parking is available in the common parking space on the property.

***Pool is heated from March 1st through October 31st.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.

Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional minimum $100 fine for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
