A rustic farmhouse retreat on a crop producing farm, which means we could be planting or harvesting during your stay. Ellington Place has a furnished kitchen, updated bathroom and washer and dryer. Along with excellent outdoor entertainment, complete with a fire pit, porch for sitting and open area for short walks. The property is located 25 minutes from the Omaha metro area as well as less than 10 minutes from the Wabash Trace, a bike trail that travels through Mills County.

The space
Also in the area are 3 local wedding venues that are always quite popular. We are now pleased to offer RV access. There is no charge for parking. The area is large enough for parking a trailer.

Guests have full access to the entire house supplied with everything but food.

Other things to note
Ellington Place is located within 5 miles of the Wabash Trace Bike trail traveling through Mills County. Several small towns located along the way to stop for a bite to eat or just relax.

I am an Iowa farm girl. I grow up 1/2 mile from Ellington Place and attended a country school a stones throw away. My husband and I farm the ground surrounding E.P. I am a volunteer member of a rescue squad. I worked for the Natural Resource Conservation Service for over 20 years. Having the guest house on Airbnb has been a great experience. I have hosted 3 different movie producers with the last one appearing on Net flex.
