Rustic reunion house Birchhill is a great place for a quiet anytime retreat. We are located just a couple of blocks from Manhatten Beach Resort. And just minutes to hiking trails, biking, golf courses and dining. Plenty of parking . Private bath and private entrance to room. Includes use of the front enclosed porch. All modern facility previously an upscale B and B.Non Smoking ,Adult prefered rental 2 person maximum, licensed occupancy. No smoking no cooking of any kind in room.

I prefer to let the guest initiate any interaction. I am however on call 24/7 for any concerns, questions.

Occupancy is 2 persons per room maximum. We do not allow cooking of any kind in the rooms. Entire house is smoke free. We also do not have accommodations
for small children under the age of 10 years.
