Our villa "Ankerplatz" was built at the end of 2017 in the Scandinavian style and the best German construction quality.
The light-flooded rooms offer you a unique view over the natural area in the "Western Pomerania Lagoon Area" National Park.
With a large terrace, sun loungers and umbrella as well as a gas grill in the spacious garden with a climbing frame with a swing for the little ones, the sun of Rügen invites you to relax here.

The space
The spacious house, measuring approximately 140 square meters, can accommodate up to 8 people.
We have placed special emphasis on high-quality furnishings. From the kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and automatic coffee machine, to toddler-friendly equipment throughout the house with a travel cot, as well as a high chair, washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor, a reading area awaits you in the gallery.
The two combined living/bedrooms are equipped with a TV, Blu-ray player, and hi-fi system. Additionally, there is a small desk in Bedroom III. To top it all off, the house has Wi-Fi with Internet access.
For cozy evenings, you are welcome to enjoy the comforting warmth of the wood-burning stove.

Guest access
The entire house is at your disposal except for some private cabinets and sheds. You can move around freely.

Other things to note
Since April 2022, the vacation home has had a charging station.
