Our bungalow offers: 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Twins) and 3 Bathrooms (2 en suite w/ shower and one off suite with soaking tub/shower). Wifi. Hulu (Live TV). Full Kitchen. Two covered porches.

The space
This spacious 2,678 square foot masterpiece has 3 bedrooms and 3 remodeled bathrooms that enable you to relax and recharge (Master - 1 King; 2nd Bdrm - 2 Queens; 3rd Bdrm 2 Twins). Enjoy the beautifully accented art work, original stained glass windows, two covered porches and stunning views of Apalachicola Bay.

Our kitchen has been fully remodeled with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer, range with stovetop and oven, dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware and utensils) perfect for a home cooked meal made with the catch you reeled in or seafood bought from any of the local fish markets.

Our main living area has seating for six (6) with a 58-inch LCD TV connected ROKU giving you access to our Hulu (LIVE) and Netflix. High-speed WiFi. Basic Essentials (Bath/Hand Soap, Towels (Beach & Bath), Washcloths, Spare Toothbrush). Board Games (Monopoly, Checkers, Uno, Card Decks, Fun Noodles).

Other things to note
Our property is located on the Apalachicola Bay with an amazing view of the bay, but there is no direct beach access from the house. The closest beaches are in Carrabelle and St. George Island - less than a 10 minute drive. There are also boat ramps and bait shops located closer to the house than the beach access in Carrabelle and St. George Island, so it’s only a few minutes drive to put your boat in. Up to 8 guests at the normal rate and $50 per additional guest above 8.
