WELCOME to beautiful coastal Maine -- come enjoy all it has to offer! This newly constructed 1 bedroom guest suite with private foyer entrance is a beautiful and peaceful home base for your getaway. Relax on the private deck, enjoy the outdoor grill and light a fire in the pit to keep things cozy on chilly nights. If you'd rather venture out, downtown Kennebunkport's shops, restaurants, history and famous scenery are only 2.5 miles from your "escape"!

--1 bedroom with queen size bed and walk in closet.
--Daybed with pull-out trundle (in living area)
--Large custom European tiled bathroom with walk in shower w/ radiant heat floor throughout.
--Open concept living room with brand new mini kitchen (no stove) including refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, electric griddle, Keurig w/ Kcups and traditional coffee maker.
--Dining table extends to seat 6. Appropriate for small gatherings with friends and family.
--DirectTV and Wifi service, record your favorite shows so you don't miss anything.
--The suite you are staying in is attached to the side of the main house and is the 1st floor of a 2 story new addition with a separate private entrance & deck.
