Great home in Angola by the Bay! Pet free and smoke free environment. Walk to crabbing dock, community pool! ( 6 pool passes inc.) 15 min. drive to Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen, Lewes (& the Cape May-Lewes ferry!) outlets& 45 minutes to Ocean City MD. Approx 12 bikes of various sizes & 3 strollers available on premises.

The space
*New flooring throughout the home in 2018, so we respectfully ask that you remove shoes prior to entering the home & keep food/drink consumption to kitchen, dining & screened porch areas. *Summer/in-season rentals are weekly June through August - with check-in Fri 5 pm to check out Fri 12 pm. Vacancy dates may be booked for partial weeks at the discretion of the owner. Generally speaking, off-season rentals have flexible check-in, check-out times depending on other guests' arrival / departure & the schedule of our cleaning staff.*

Other things to note
Because this is a gated community, with an HOA, there are a few additional requirements. (vehicle registration form for all vehicles) to ensure the safety of all community residents & guests. Only registered vehicles may be present in the community. We will need your email address to send you these forms. Upon receipt of the required paperwork, you will be provided with access codes for the gate & the home.

*First floor master bedroom suite (1 king sized bed, shower in bathroom)
*3 additional bedrooms & 1 full bathroom on 2nd floor. Each room on 2nd floor features 2 queen-sized beds. One room has bunk beds with a twin on top and full on bottom.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, coffee maker + an additional Keurig, crockpot, kitchen towels etc.
*Charcoal grill on-site for guest use. Must bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
*Walkable to community pool, playground, basketball courts, etc. (walking directions) - turn left out of driveway. Go straight at stop sign (cross Woodland Circle) - walk to the top of the "horseshoe" of Boat Dock Ct. & look for the path between homes, which takes you directly to the area. (approx. 3-5 minute walk)
*Crabbing docks - (walking directions) - turn R out of driveway - walk to the end of the street & look for crabbing dock sign.
*Marina - it's fun to sit by the water (in-season) & watch the activity in the marina. (walking directions) - turn left out of driveway, turn right on Marina Drive & walk to the marina. Approx. 1.5 blocks from Bay Daze
