On a breezy hilltop village, art deco frescoes, brick floors, original furnishings. Enjoy the 2 living rooms, cook in our large kitchen, eat out and relax in the garden and patio. Strategic position to visit beautiful Marche and Umbria, 11km from Fabriano medioeval center.

The space
Recently renovated, the house has kept its original charm, preserving elegant art deco frescoes, brick floors, original doors and antique furniture. The kitchen has a large fireplace, it is fully equipped, and has a microwave oven, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and drip coffee machine.
All the rooms are on the first floor. On the ground floor are the garden, patio and a garage for bikes and motor bikes. The garden is small, gets the sun in the morning, being one level up with respect to the street it guarantees full privacy even if the house is in the village nearby the main square.

THE VILLAGE
The village is very quiet, there are no restaurants but a small grocery store with great cheese and charcuterie. Their ricotta (freshly made in Thursdays) is a must.

FABRIANO
The town of Fabriano (10km) has a medioeval center and among the most beautiful baroque churches of the Marche region, with some notable frescoes; famous in the middle ages for its paper mills, see the paper museums, pinacoteque, old bicycles museum, ancient musical instruments museum.
Fabriano is in the UNESCO Creative Cities network.

THE REGION
Beautiful hilly landscape, walled hilltop villages, small cities guarding treasures of Roman Age, Middle Ages and Renaissance, Natural Parks mountains and Caverns, white cliffs slanting down in the sea. Off the beaten track, these are the lands of Assisi, Urbino (both UNESCO site world heritage) , Gubbio and Sibillini mountains, grand wines and genuine food.
