Enjoy exclusive use of this boutique hotel-styled upstairs apartment in a beautifully restored 1930s craftsman-style building in the heart of Eastport. Private off-street parking. Short walk to downtown Annapolis. Just a few doors away from one of the hottest restaurants in Annapolis, Vin 909. A seasonal farmers' market is located across the street along with restaurants and other amenities. Hotel-like services available for longer stays. Fully licensed by City of Annapolis for AirBnb operation.

The space
High end furnishings adorn the apartment, including 40" Smart TVs with 1080p resolution in each room for access to your favorite streaming TV services along with blazing fast WiFi service (1GBps). The kitchen area is a small hotel-styled galley kitchenette (as pictured) with simple amenities including a microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and basic supplies. There is another sink in the yellow room that can be used if the bathroom is occupied. Every room has individual climate controls that guests can use to customize each room's temperature to their preference. A set of folding tables can be found in the master bedroom closet. The 1st floor of the building is my private company office with a separate entry that is not part residence. The private upstairs residential space is not "shared" living space and has its own private entrance on Bay Ridge Avenue. To ensure your security and privacy, a unique code will be issued to access a smart lock. The code will be viable only during your reservation time.

Guest access
The property address is 917 Bay Ridge Avenue, Annapolis (in the Eastport district). Guests have exclusive access to the 2nd floor space of this historic 1930's craftsman building. There is a private entry and private staircase to the space. If you park in our private lot on the Chesapeake Avenue side of the building (backside of the building), please use the gate to the right of the building from the parking lot and take the concrete and stone walkway to the front private entrance of the building. If you arrive at night, the outdoor motion sensor security lights which surround the building will guide your way all the way to the entrance on the Bay Ridge side of the building. Guests also will have use of the outdoor decks and outdoor iron dining set.

Other things to note
*The private off-street parking is accessible from the Chesapeake Avenue side of the building. Parking for one vehicle is included with your booking. If you park in our lot, use the gate to the right of the building from the parking lot and walk around to the front private entrance of the building.
*A clothes washer and dryer both are on the premises, but they are not located in the unit itself (they are located downstairs in a separate space). The washer/dryer can be made available upon request, so please contact the host for information on accessible times for use of the washer/dryer.
*The pull out sleeper-sofa in the yellow room, intended for a single person, has an inflatable air mattress with a simple electronic inflate/deflate control that is plugged into the plug outlet at the bottom left of the sofa. The electric-powered inflate/deflate control should be easy to find and operate once the bed is opened.
*A Graco Pack'n Play portable crib with bassinet attachment (for infants/toddlers) is available as a courtesy upon request.
*A set of folding tables can be found in the master bedroom closet.
*No plug-in fragrances and no air fresheners used to accommodate those with chemical or allergic sensitivities.

Outdoors and on the water whenever possible. Racing an old J Boat on Thursdays with my aging but relentless crew. Fishing for Rockfish wherever and whenever the bite is on. Most importantly, spending time with family.
