This place is amazing for large groups! Some in the group had food allergies so having 2 kitchens was great. The beds, sleeper sofa and air mattresses that are provided at the house accommodated sleeping arrangements for our group of 26 no problem. We would definitely stay here…

The house was ok.... we had some torrential rains which caused many rooms to leak and bedrooms to be unusable. The keys were not locked when we got there which was a security concern to say the least. Sleeping 25+ is a stretch, I wouldn’t sleep more than 10-15 at most.

Location was right by the water and it was a fantastic view of the ocean. So blissfully to catch the sunset and be so close to the ocean. Spacious, great for large group setting, and safe neighborhood. Thank you for your sharing your home with us and it’s been a pleasure.
