Enjoy expansive views of the Catskill Mountains from this stunningly renovated Scandanavian barn. Featured in more than 10 magazines and catalogues, including AirBnB Magazine!

Walk the property, with its big open fields, an organic orchard, walking paths, and flower gardens. A large private pond is swimmable (after heavy rains it does get muddy).

The Barn has central heat and air conditioning. A full bathroom features an antique bathtub. Enjoy dining inside, or outdoor grilling and dining.

The space
Scandinavian-inspired barn with a bright and airy loft feel. There are 2 queen beds located next to each other in a spacious upstairs loft. (As this is a loft, There is not much privacy) The kitchenette is equipped for basic cooking.
The Barn located in the hamlet of Germantown, five minutes from our charming village - with all you need - James Beard nominated restaurants, Otto's Market for groceries, and a handful of independently owned shops.

Guest access
Two cars can park in the barns own private parking area. Guests check themselves in with a keypad code, send to your e-mail, 24 hours before you arrive. Guests have exclusive access to the barn, including a private outdoor patio, equipped with comfy chairs and a Weber gas grill. The property features walking paths through fields and forrest's, a swimming pond, flower gardens, and an organic orchard.

Other things to note
NOTE: Our property is and old barn and occasionally an insect or two will make their way inside. It is located in a country setting and we ask guests to be mindful of exposure to mosquitos and ticks.

* You must give us advance notice if you plan to bring a dog during your stay.
* Dogs may not sleep on the bed or on the furniture.
* Dogs may not be left alone in the Barn, be tied outside, or left in a guest’s vehicle.

- Due to the open and lofted sleep area, our space is not safe or suitable for small children.
