Steve was very accommodating and a great host. The townhouse was even better than described, we truly felt at home. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and then some...
Steve's assistant took my grocery list and stocked the fridge for a nominal fee which made our arrival so seamless! There was even food in the pantry we were told we could help ourselves too.
The location couldn't have been more convenient! We literally skied out the back door every morning and our kids instructor picked them up and dropped them off there as well. One of the easiest ski trips I have been on in a long time. Hope to stay in this great townhouse again next year.
We chose this condo because of LOCATION and size. It was a true ski in/out condo and that was perfect for us. It was large and spacious. We certainly used the hot tub after every day of 7 full skiing days. We ate breakfast and lunch in, and there wasn't anything the kitchen didn't have. This is a wonderful place for a large and active family.
This condo's location can't be beat and is a true ski-in and ski-out. It was great to be able to step out the back door and jump on the mountain. The home itself gets the job done, there are plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a large family. There are a few things we would have preferred been more updated to make our stay more comfortable. For example, the stove was old enough that it was hard to light and keep lit, even with the provided matches. We also noticed some minor stains on the sheets and towels, and several light bulbs were out around the house making it darker than we would have liked at night. Overall a great location and definitely a good choice for a large family, but there are some needed updates that would make this a top rental.
Steve's, place is great ! It's a true ski in and ski out. Could not be easier unless you were staying in the gondola. All four bedrooms are very nice. The hot tub has a nice view of the stars in the winter and the water was hot at all times. Also the view from the living room and the master is terrific but all the bedrooms and the dining room have great windows. you never need to turn any lights on during the day.The kitchen is very clean and well equipped. The local taxi takes yo anywhere in Snowmass for a dollar and from there you can take the bus to Aspen. We stayed at basecamp before but this is superior! Steve is a nice guy. We had very little contact from him during our stay which I see as a positive. Will be our goto place in Aspen/Snowmass
The description of the house was very accurate. Everything was very clean, the house is amazing, very luxurious and the price was more than fair.
Steve was the kindest host possible, he said "yes" to every request we had. He was very friendly and helped us solved any issue occurred (which were few and small) during our 4 months stay.
We really felt like home during our stay and, for sure, we intend to come back! A+ for the house and most likely for Steve. Thank you!
It was great staying at this house. Everything was very clean and Steve was very accommodating. Excellent experience and highly recommended.
