Where you’ll be

Sequim, Washington, United States

One and half miles off the 101 (leaving Sequim) our campus is quiet and serene yet easy to get to our Farm-to-Table restaurants downtown. All of the National Park is accessible as a day trip as we are located centrally on the northern part of the Peninsula near all the Olympic National Park entrances, as well as near County Parks on the straits of Juan de Fuca. As you travel to Lake Crescent you will find our three tallest waterfalls. Your adventures can span from Cape Flattery (the farthest point NW Continental) or Port Townsend for whale watching. Locally we have the Dungeness Spit Refuge, John Wayne Marina and the Olympic Game Farm. We are in the foothills of Mount Olympus.

I am an active enthusiastic innkeeper with my wife Sally. Our passion is to make you feel welcome and to help you have the best vacation here on The Olympic Peninsula. We like to hike, kayak and explore new adventures for our guests to try. (Ask Sally about shopping in Victoria, BC. and her favorite area gardens.)

I have operated my upscale resort-style Bed and Breakfast for the last 18 years, Lost Mountain Lodge. We have won numerous awards including Best B&B in the Pacific Northwest. Our lodge is on 9 acres with woodlands, meadows and two ponds. And now I am opening up an Airbnb suite so that the frugal traveler can enjoy this serene location.

I love meeting people from all over the world, from every walk of life. I know secret trails, waterfall locations, where the salmon spawn and where the otters and eagles live. I can point you to the best wineries, lavender farms, native American museums, and bicycle trails. I know the best spots to watch the sunset, swim in lakes and snow-shoe.

I can recommend the best farm-to-table restaurants, places to picnic and awesome day trips. Can't wait to share the Olympic Peninsula with you.
