★ Check-in & Check-out:
• As a small family business, we have limited resources and offer our rooms based on availability.
• Unfortunately, we usually cannot accommodate early check-ins or check-outs since our cleaning crew have a very tight schedule.

★ Parking:
• If you have a vehicle, the apartment is conveniently located near the 290 highway
• Free street parking in front of the building (We will need car information to inform the city)

→ Communication:
• Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything during your stay
• We have our limitations but will do our best to help and provide what you need. Please allow us a few minutes for a reply.
• For most requests use the Airbnb app for emergencies, such as any doubts during check-in, we will be just a phone call away.

We are just a few blocks away from Chicago. However Chicago is a large city, and travel times may vary depending on your destination. Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but please be aware that it may not be in close proximity to specific areas of Chicago. However, with easy access to public transportation and major highways, you can conveniently explore the city. If You need to check how far is a destination know that we are by Adams street and Lyman Avenue.

We highly encourage guests to communicate with us regarding any issues or requests during their stay. It is our priority to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we are more than happy to address any concerns or accommodate your needs whenever possible. - We are a small Family Business and unfortunately, we usually cannot accommodate early check-ins or check-outs. Our cleaning crew have a very tight schedule.

✗ Pets are not allowed If you do have a pet please try to look for units that does accept pets. We try to keep the place pet free because of allergies.
✗ Smoking in the building or in the unit is not allowed.
✗ No gatherings. Ask us about visitors.
✗ Only 2 guests per unit as allowed by our vacation license.
