This private apartment comes with a basic kitchen, private bedroom with king sized bed, common area twin bed, sitting area, bath with a jacuzzi tub, and expansive views of farmland and horses. Private entrance and use of private laundry room included.

The space
Located on a 200 acre historic horse farm on the Bohemia River, you can not find a more idyllic setting. From the deck you will spot bald eagles fishing on the Bohemia River, and nature engulfs you.

Guest access
Guests have use of a private outdoor deck with grill, shared laundry room and an outdoor waterfront picnic area.

Other things to note
We do have internet but no cable tv. TV has a DVD player only but no local or cable channels.

Straight cell service is not great but WiFi Calling through any server is now possible.

Streaming is possible but no gaming.

We supply the apartment with coffee, snacks, bagels, and orange juice.
