Beautiful farm in Joanópolis, on the edge of the Jaguari reservoir, 120 km from SP. Rest and fun are guaranteed in the comfort of a home that has everything you need. Spacious and airy rooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped for large groups. Comfortable rooms and multiple bathrooms. Balcony, orchard, swimming pool, barbecue, pool table, ping-pong and dollhouse. All this with a breathtaking view!

There are 2 en-suites and 4 additional bedrooms with two bathrooms and two toilets. Large living room with fireplace and TV. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room. Kitchen equipped with two counters and two sinks, stove, 2 refrigerators, freezer, appliances and table for 18 people. Pantry. Laundry with washing machine. Game room, barbecue area with several tables in a covered space, adult and children's pool, dollhouse and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Private access to the dam. Orchard with citrus and other fruit trees.
