A LUXURIOUS AND IMMACULATELY CLEAN JUPITER POOL HOME!! This modern and elegant 3 Bdrm 2 Bth private pool home is a dream! Named after our amazing daughter, "Chloe's Casita" is the perfect get away. The open ambiance, high ceilings, natural light, and elegance provide you with the vacation magic you desire. Come here to relax inside, or by the private pool. Only minutes from the sand and surf, the Marlins/Cardinals spring training stadium, renowned dining, boating, fishing, shopping, and more!

The space
Styling throughout the home is clean, modern and minimal. Equipped with everything you would expect from a 5-star family home. Here, an eclectic mix of comfortable furnishings invites you to cozy evening of family games, or a nice nap after a good day in the private pool. We provide high-end electronics/TVs, high speed Internet (WiFi), high vaulted ceilings, central a/c and heating, privately fenced/gated yard, garage for your car(s)/motorcycle(s), Kuerig coffee machine, full size washer and dryer, all the essential dining ware, linens, towels, etc. If you have a particular requirement, please be sure to tell us. Please note that this is South Florida. The pool heater is not required to be used all year. We reserve our pool heater for the "cooler" months (December 1st thru to April 1st) each year.

This is an entire home with 100% of the home accessible to our guest(s). 2 car garage (used as game room), and 4 car driveway.

Other things to note
CLEANLINESS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. More critical now than ever. We have a trained cleaning staff that perform beyond the essential cleaning, and disinfect all surfaces throughout. From doorknobs to tabletops to switches, the cleaning of our homes is put together with the guidelines provided by the CDC. To maintain social distancing, we supply a smart-lock on our homes to independently allow you to access without requiring to meet us or any other person. To help our guests maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene, we make sure our homes are well-stocked with paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper. To further keep our homes immaculate, there are a few important restrictions and rules (all described in the Agreement we've attached to the rules and regulations) ... No Smoking, No Pets, and No Parties. We love our home, the community, and the surrounding neighbors. We make the visit enjoyable for our guests in all ways possible. Set in a single family home community in the heart of town. There are sidewalks to enjoy for exercise or a fun stroll to the park. Absolutely beautiful area. Only minutes from the beach, a baseball game (spring training), or a great game of golf. Plus, local dining and shopping is unlimited. If you're a fisherman or scuba diver, the list of charters is endless. Also, Jupiter offers some of the best paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and surfing on the east coast of Florida. After a long day of fun, Jupiter is known for it's waterfront night life. Prepare to have a great time while you're here visiting. Our guidebook on Airbnb provides many of our desired fun spots. We as hosts are happy to offer some guidance if you request.
