Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind.
It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

The space
Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind.
It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.
Our recent restoration efforts include a refurbished roof and an added bathroom with a panoramic roof in the back.
The interior design of the house is unique in the combination of some very modern elements while respecting and celebrating the villa’s original structure and materials.
The garden offers a spectacular view and features an intimate pool and a spacious lounge area. Additionally, there is a relaxing day room on the ground floor of the villa.
The house also features a loft bedroom area with a double bed and a view of the bay and the sea.
Also available to our guests is a complimentary tasting of homemade products, such as olive oil, wine, cheese, dried figs and much more.
We offer you a walking tour of historic sites with a guide, including the impressive stone church in the centre of the town and it is included in the price.
Two kilometers away, near the town of Sumartin, you can find many beautiful pebble beaches. Another 25 minute drive away there is the famous Zlatni rat beach in Bol, one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia.
In Sumartin you can rent a boat, scooter, quad and bicycles.
The airport is 16km away from the villa.
All the main island attractions are within an hour’s drive and can be visited independently or with a local guide.
