Our Villa Estia (92m2) is placed directly in wonderful Paleokastrista. The Sea view on Platakia bay and the port Alipa make this house a special place to be. Two bathroom, two bed room, a modern open fully equiped kitchen and a combined living and dining room with fireplace - all new made in 2018 - guarantee the best comfort for your stay. The house is for 4 - 6 persons, The sofa bed can be used for another 2 persons.

The space
The two separate bedrooms have either two single beds, which can be put together as a double bed. Each has access to a private bathroom, once with a shower and once with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. A washing machine can also be used. The open plan living / dining area has a large dining table. By the fireplace is a large sofa, which can be used for 2 persons as a sofa bed.

Pets are allowed on request. The groundplace is totally fenced yet.

My husband is a native of Corfu (Liapades) and we converted this former restaurant into a vacation home in 2018. We live in Germany, but of course love this beautiful island. We are very happy when our guests feel comfortable with us and have a great time. We ourselves are also very happy to be there and can never get enough of the beautiful view.
